End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to MoodBloom ("App"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Suburbank LLC. ("Company," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App for any purpose.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this EULA.

• Use the App to transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

• Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

• Contains any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

• Contains any viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates this EULA or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

5. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that is objectionable, including but not limited to content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or inciting violence.

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening to others.

• Pornographic or sexually explicit.

If you encounter any content or users that violate these terms, you can report them through the App. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and/or banning users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate any provision of this EULA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful software that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this EULA

We may modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised EULA constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
